Next door to the Treehouse Hotel on Blackfriars Street, at the edge of Deansgate in central Manchester, The Pollen Club opened in November 2024 in a covered complex with panoramic courts under consistent LED lighting. Private parking is arranged through Your Parking Space.

Booking is through the Playtomic app, pay and play with no membership needed, and racket hire is £2.50 a session. Head coach Juan Balmaseda leads private coaching from £30, and academy courses cover Intro to Padel, Serve & Volley and Beginner Coaching & Matchplay, with three-week courses from £80. Juniors from age six have term-time courses and holiday camps, and a Midweek Social Mexicano runs every Wednesday at 6pm for £20.

The on-site cafe is run by Pot Kettle Black, an independent coffee roaster, with a mezzanine terrace looking over the courts, and there are changing rooms, showers and a pro shop.
