Two minutes' walk from Crystal Palace rail station, Game4Padel's courts sit inside Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on Ledrington Road, run by Better (GLL) in collaboration with Game4Padel. The courts are Instant Padel installations put in by Game4Padel rather than permanent builds.

Booking is essential and can be done either through Game4Padel's MATCHi site or the Better UK app, and both existing Better members and non-members can book, in 60 or 90-minute slots or a double session. Equipment rental costs £3 and covers up to four paddles and balls, collected from reception.

Beyond the courts, the centre has a shop and a bar.
