Hazelwood Sports Club on Ridge Avenue, Winchmore Hill, was founded in 1909 as a tennis and squash club, and its padel courts sit within those grounds. The Enfield Dispatch has described it as having been, for several years, the borough's only public padel facility.
Courts are open to the public on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no need to join. Padel memberships are also sold through the club's ClubSolution booking site; for September 2026 to March 2027 a Padel Membership is £122.50 and a combined Squash and Padel membership £192.50.
Members get several club nights a week, and there are regular tournaments and holiday events. Junior development runs through professional coaching partnerships. Off court there is a licensed bar and showers, and the wider club has six indoor tennis courts, outdoor tennis, three squash courts, a gym and exercise classes.
